All the fun of the (Galloway country) fair

It's safe to say that My Pocket Money Toy were absolutely thrilled to be at the amazing Galloway Country Fair last weekend.

The award winning event in the beautiful grounds of Drumlanrig Castle truly captured our imagination and the great buzz created throughout the whole event made for an incredibly fun atmosphere for everyone involved.

Here we look fondly back at four highlights of our magical weekend a the Galloway Country Fair.

Dogs, dogs and more dogs

One thing is certain this was a dog lovers paradise!! With such a wonderful variety of every breed. We spotted Dachshunds, German long haired & short-haired pointers, Labradors, Spaniels, Whippets, Retrievers, Scottie Dogs and of course our very own Viszla (with much more to come from our beautiful puppy soon) Not only that, we have been so inspired by the dogs of Drumlanrig that we will be sure to pack our dog toys for next year!

Heidi and Fritz the German short haired pointers.

Stunning Scenery

The picturesque backdrop of the castle grounds just adds to the charm of the Galloway Country Fair, and a fair which celebrates countryside living could not be better placed. It is well worth a visit any time of year, https://www.drumlanrigcastle.co.uk/events/

So much to do

Shopping

Of course a highlight was the shopping and we were delighted to see such a positive response to our stall and our on trend toys. Kids absolutely loved our glowing gyroscopes, playfoam and slime putty - all of which sold out!  We also had a great response from our range of farm and country themed toys including our amazing range from Living Nature, www.http://www.living-nature.co.uk, and Orchard Toys fantastic Old MacDonald Lotto.

We adore this snap of one of best customers!

We loved the fair so much, we can't wait for next year.
