What is in the box?
Each box will contain at least 5 items.  Items may be toys and games, puzzles, crafts, books and stationary, as well as uniquely designed colouring sheet.  All contents will be age appropriate to the age group selected.

Do I have to have a subscription or can I have a once only box?
One off boxes can be purchased within our Store.  We also create bespoke party favour boxes and gift boxes, please email info@mypocketmoneytoy.com for any queries relating to party favour boxes as these are tailored to individual requirements. 

When will the box arrive?
Boxes are aligned to the following holiday periods: Summer (dispatched in June), Halloween (dispatched in October), Christmas (dispatched in December) and Easter (dispatched in March).  
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. 

Do you deliver worldwide?
At the moment we deliver within the UK only.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply login to your account to cancel your subscription, this can be done at any time. 

What do I do if I do not receive my box?
Please allow up to four working days after receipt of your dispatch email.  If your box has not arrived after this time please email us at  info@mypocketmoneytoy.com.

 
What do I do if any of the contents of the box are damaged?
All contents are carefully wrapped and packed. If your contents are damaged in transit, please take a photograph and email us at info@mypocketmoneytoy.com.  We can then notify you of the process for damaged boxes.
